Developing a strong, healthy relationship between the client and dog is the foundation of successful training. Using positive reinforcement methods that are backed by decades of scientific research, I develop a unique training plan that is individualized to the specific needs, learning styles, and goals of the client/canine team. Not only do these techniques strengthen the bond between the client and dog and set the team up for success, but they make the process fun and exciting. As an instructor, I firmly believe that learning is a lifelong process and I take pride in continually expanding my knowledge base, refining my skills, and staying up to date with the latest research in the field. Annually I complete continuing education to maintain certification requirements. It gives me so much joy to share what I learn with my clients and to see their relationships with their dogs grow and flourish as they accomplish their goals.
